I am having trouble receiving the Pathfire feed. Can I still get the Focus features?
Yes. First, please contact Pathfire Customer Support at 1-888-345-0489 or by e-mail at support@pathfire.com. If your issue cannot be solved through the support line, you may contact Diane Smith at (719) 266-7155. We will either solve your issue or set up a broadcast master delivery. There is a charge for tapes if the request is sent due to station error.
How much does a replacement tape cost?
Any tape size costs $67. Price includes cost of master, plus shipping UPS Next Day air.
Where can I get a copy of the barter spot?
The barter spot is included with every Pathfire feed, or at the front of the broadcast master. If you need to order a copy or cannot find the spot, please contact Diane Smith at diane.smith@fotf.org.
How do I get traffic and affidavit information?
Traffic and affidavit information is sent out via e-mail and is available on this Web site. please contact Diane Smith at diane.smith@fotf.org or (719) 266-7155 if you need an extra sent to you.
Is Focus on the Family with Dr. Bill Maier market exclusive?
Yes. Exclusivity of this feature is given to one major network affiliate per market. For further information, please contact Christi Lynn at (719) 268-4821.
Will Dr. Dobson do interviews with my station?
Due to his current schedule and the high number of speaking requests he receives, Dr. Dobson is unable to respond to most requests. However, we do have many other experts available for interviews. For more information contact Christi Lynn at (719) 268-4821.
What kind of promotional materials are available for affiliates?
Each feed (or tape) contains several short promo spots for the feature. Custom promos are available upon request, as well as interviews with Dr. Maier or other Focus on the Family experts. Contact Christi Lynn at (719) 268-4821 for more information.
